Besik Kvirkvelia is a highly qualified finance and accounting professional with extensive years of practical experience. In 1983, he graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Economics at Tbilisi State University, earning a degree in Economics
Throughout his professional career, he has held key positions in both the public and private sectors. Over the years, he served as an Economist-Financier and Deputy Chief Accountant for the Enguri Dam Construction Main Administration; Chief Accountant at the Jvari Marble Mine Administration; Statistician-Economist at the Tsalenjikha District Statistics Office; and Chief Accountant at Jano LLC
Since 2008, he has served as the Lead Expert on accounting and taxation issues for the professional journal Taxes and Accounting. He has authored over 200 scientific-practical articles focusing on tax legislation and financial accounting.
