Maia Skhvitaridze is a highly qualified specialist in financial management, auditing, and tax consulting, with years of international and local professional experience. Currently, she serves as the Managing Partner and Director of the audit and consulting firm Black Sea Consulting Group. <\/p>

She has received a multidisciplinary education in law, financial management, business administration, and accounting. She studied Law at the Georgian Technical University and completed professional accounting education at the Federation of Auditors and Accountants and the Institute of Professional Accountants.
Furthermore, she participated in the Financial Management program at the University of Oxford and the Business Administration program at the University of Cambridge. She has also completed CEO-level programs at the European Business School and studied within the ACCA professional modules. <\/p>

Throughout her professional career, she has held high-responsibility leadership positions. At various times, she served as Chief Accountant and Head of the Financial Department at an accounting services firm.
From 2015 to 2025, she was the Finance Director and Legal Regulatory Director at the international clinical research organization Worldwide Clinical Trials Georgia, where she operated across numerous international markets. Additionally, she serves as the Finance Director of the advertising agency Perfect.PP and is the Head of the Financial Services at Tbilisi International University. <\/p>

Her professional experience spans various sectors, including manufacturing, international trade, import-export, clinical trials, education, medicine, government tenders, and operations within Free Industrial Zones (FIZ)<\/p>

She is an associate member of the Georgian Federation of Professional Auditors and Accountants, the European Business Association (EBA), and IFAC.
She actively collaborates with government agencies, including various structural units of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and the Revenue Service. She has also participated in the development of legislative amendments, specifically regarding the taxation of Free Industrial Zones and online trade regulations. <\/p>
