In 1983, he graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Economics at Tbilisi State University, earning a degree in Economics <\/p><p>Throughout his professional career, he has held key positions in both the public and private sectors. Over the years, he served as an Economist-Financier and Deputy Chief Accountant for the Enguri Dam Construction Main Administration; Chief Accountant at the Jvari Marble Mine Administration; Statistician-Economist at the Tsalenjikha District Statistics Office; and Chief Accountant at Jano LLC <\/p><p>Since 2008, he has served as the Lead Expert on accounting and taxation issues for the professional journal Taxes and Accounting. He has authored over 200 scientific-practical articles focusing on tax legislation and financial accounting.
