The development of modern technology is having a significant impact on the business sector, particularly on digital entrepreneurship. Today, companies have at their disposal new tools and platforms that allow them to work better and engage customers more effectively, taking business to a new stage of development. For example, cloud computing and data analytics simplify the storage and processing of large volumes of information, ensuring better decision-making and cost optimisation. Furthermore, technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence are potentially used to create new business models and revenue streams.
The Head of Laduchi Consult on participating in the PIMEC Joves afterwork event:
“The world today is evolving rapidly, and if a business wishes to achieve success, it is essential to adapt to these changes. The methods of conducting business that many previously considered standard are gradually losing their relevance. For instance, a business plan built on a five-year perspective may become completely irrelevant within one or two years, as the market constantly generates new products and technologies that did not exist before. Therefore, company owners must be able to adapt quickly and effectively utilise existing digital tools.”
“One of the main trends in business is its gradual transition into the metaverse, along with the digitalization and automation of processes. The growing interest of our clients in the cryptocurrency and NFT sectors confirms this very trend. However, despite high interest, many legal and regulatory issues in the digital business sphere remain unclear—for example, who will be responsible for regulating business in the metaverse and how it will be taxed. These issues are being actively addressed by the Spanish authorities, and we expect to have clearer answers by 2024.”
We would like to thank the organizers of PIMEC Joves and ESIC University for the opportunity to discuss these topical issues with leading industry experts. We look forward to future events that will be specifically focused on digital law and the regulation of the LegalTech market, from both a legal and tax perspective.
